You don’t need to be at home for pick – up and delivery. It’s perfectly fine to leave your laundry outside your door or in the reception area. However, please ensure that you have paid for your laundry through the provided payment link and send us the proof of payment.
This will allow our driver or salesperson to proceed with the delivery and leave your laundry securely.

Yes, you can choose the day and time for pick-up/drop-off at the checkout.
We offer pickup services from 9 AM to 11 PM, and you can select a one-hour time range for your convenience.
