The terms and conditions of this application are between Soapy Splash Laundry  LLC. and the customer here by referred to as the company and the client throughout this agreement.

The company reserves the right to amend the prices giving the client a 30-days notice of a price increase or deduction and reserves the right to cancel should they wish to not accept the price increase or decrease.

Item classification & washing:

  • Each item when dry cleaning on the subscription model is classed as one item for instance a two part suit is classed as two items on the subscription as it will have one set of trousers and a blazer, a three piece suit will be classed as three items.

  • Al traditional garments will be classed as one item.

  • Wedding dresses, accessories and specialist items are not covered in the Subscription.

  • Anything that is cleaned via dry cleaning, hand washed or machine washed along with being ironed and returned on a hanger is classed as dry cleaned. The method of washing will be determined by the garment.


  •  The subscription will renew at the start of each billing cycle, the benefits allowance does not roll over to the next monthly cycle.

  • Each subscription comes with its own benefits such sa a set weight in wash and fold, set number of items in dry clean and set number of collections. Please refer to the plans section for viewing benefits under each subscription.

  • Once you have reached your maximum limit on any one section, i.e. wash and fold, dry clean or number of collection, you will be required to pay for the amount of extra collections, dry cleaning or wash and fold whichever has been maxed out, you will require at a set pay-as-you-go fee. You can view the prices in the “View individual prices” section.

Collections will be within 2 hours except for exceptionally busy periods, like holidays, high traffic/peak times during the day, and special events but in this instance we will
notify you. However there will be no discount to any subscriptions or prices for delays.

Delivery will be free if standard method is selected.
Express and urgent services will carry a charge outlined in the app. If we can not complete the express service or there is a delay we will give you a refund on this extra payment.

Payment Method:
The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card
issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. I f ,we through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.

Recurring Billing:
Most of the Paid Services are subscriptions and consist of an initial period, for which there is a first-time charge, followed by equal recurring period charges as agreed to by you.  By choosing to subscribe to our services, you are accepting the recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Services have an initial and recurring payment features, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. We will not submit additional charges (e.g. monthly) without further authorization from you upon your request for additional services 
you specified.

Auto-Renewal for Paid Services:

  • Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, which can be done through your account settings, any subscription you have signed up for will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. To change or resign your subscription at any time, go to account settings. If you terminate a Subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period. If you do not want to continue to be charged on a recurring monthly basis, you must cancel the applicable subscription through your account settings before the end of the recurring TERM.

  • Subscription cannot be terminated before the end of the period for which you have already paid, and except as expressly provided in these terms, Soapy Splash Laundry LLC. will not refund any fees that you have already paid.-

  • When cancelling the subscription or downgrading, the new price will reflect upon the new calendar cycle finishing and moving onto the new package. If cancelling, your payment cycle will end as per will be charged for that calendar month you are using and then the subscription will come to an end and no more funds will be deducted from your account.

  • There will be no refund when you cancel mid way through the month.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel the subscription at any time, however, if this should happen the company will complete the services for the paid period for the client or refund the client on a pro-rata basis. 

  • The company reserves the right to refuse or laundry or suspend any laundry or accounts at there discretion.

Reaffirmation of Authorization:
Your non-termination or continued use of a subscription reaffirms that we are authorized to charge your Payment Method for that subscription. We may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive our right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, no arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially selected to use the Paid Service.

Limitation of liability:
– You understand that there is inherent risk in the Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. Soapy Splash Laundry LLC. has implemented measures designed to prevent the situations of lost or damaged items from happening, but cannot guarantee that such situations wil never happen. In the event that the clothing or other items that you sent to Soapy Splash LLC. for the Cleaning Services is damaged or lost as a result of any fault of Soapy Splash LLC. (including our employees), we will work with you and endeavour to rectify the situation, provided that you provide us with written notification identifying the issues with your order of the Cleaning Services with supporting evidence within seven (7) days of our delivery of your cleaned clothes and items for such order. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances and under no legal theory (including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) shall any of the Soapy Splash LLC. parties be liable to you or to any other person for (a) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive  or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, (b) any substitute goods, products, services ro technology, (c) any amount, in the aggregate, in excess of 200 dirhams, (d) any matter beyond our reasonable control.
– Damages on goods paid out are restricted to a maximum of 20% on the value of items receipts from original purchase. If no receipt is applicable the maximum pay-out for anyone item is 200aed and will be judge at the companies fair discretion.

Client data privacy:
The application maintains total privacy of clients and never shares any details with any third party sources. The information collected will only be used internally to provide the best customer experience.


Mobile App:

You acknowledge and agree that the availability of our mobile application is dependent on the third-party stores from which you download the application, e.g., the App Store from Apple or the Android app market from Google (each an “App Store”). Each App Store may have its own terms and conditions to which you must agree before downloading mobile applications from such store, including the specific terms relating to Apple App Store set forth below. You agree to comply with, and your license to use our application is conditioned upon your compliance with, such App Store terms and conditions. To the extent such other terms and conditions from such App Store are less restrictive than, or otherwise conflict with, the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, the more restrictive or conflicting terms and conditions in these Terms of Use apply.

You agree to indemnify Soapy Splash Laundry LLC. against any and all claims
liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), loses and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to your use of the laundry services  through the app and the organisation (including any actions  taken by a third party using your account either with or without your consent.)
